From Sandy Beaches to Mountain Sand Traps…
I just got back from a fantastic little getaway to Ana Maria Island in Florida and it was just the “reset” I needed before rolling into the busy Summer selling season here in the Vail Valley. Not only did I get a daily dose of Vitamin SEA, but I was also able to see my good friend and bulldog of a Realtor, Janet Moore, of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty (click on our picture below to watch a video about real estate ROI in beach towns versus mountain towns). Then I traded in the white sandy beaches for the golden sand traps when we spent a weekend at The Broadmoor – a truly memorable experience!
As we round the corner to Memorial Day, residents and visitors alike are re-acclimating to the lifted COVID restrictions and anticipating the upcoming summer events that we’ve all missed! This summer will be the perfect time to re-introduce yourself and your family to the reason we all stayed past winter ski season…our gorgeous Rocky Mountain summer.
See you soon!

My Top 3 Golf Clubs in the Vail Valley
For membership and the inside scoop on these and other golf clubs throughout the Vail Valley, contact me!
WHY I LOVE IT:
I call this my “Sanctuary” due to the private location, low density homes, and gorgeous setting & clubhouse. As well, the diversity and great energy of the members! I am a proud member of Frost Creek and I absolutely love the close-knit feel of the club here.
WHY I LOVE IT:
Location, location, location! Links style course along the river and now with the current under construction $14M remodel of the clubhouse and restaurant with an amazing gorgeous setting will be even that much more of a stunning home course for their members.
WHY I LOVE IT:
Cordillera offers players the option of three uniquely different golf courses in addition to the short course at the Divide. This social membership offers plenty of activities for their members as well. Definitely worth checking it out!
In Real Estate News…
Between April 15th and May 15th, residential sales volume increased over $175M ascompared to the same time period in 2020. In this competitive market, we’ve seen an impressive increase in the number of new contracts written – 123% compared to this time last year! Inventory continues to remain at record-lows with just above 250 residential properties available right now.
If you’re debating entering the market, now is the time to take advantage of my connections in the brokerage community and knowledge of listings that may be off the market.
