Unlock The Secrets of The Vail Valley

Do you ever wonder how the locals make their day on the hill a seamless experience? Other than living steps from the slopes, there are a couple of other options. Private clubs such as The Arrabelle Club, Vail Mountain Club, The Alpine Club and The Beaver Creek Club (to name a few) provide an exceptional, year-round experience both on and off the slopes. If you prefer to hit the greens over the ski hill, don't worry, we've got you covered. Head over to the Community Connections Videos section and watch my interview with Tinsley for details about the Signature Clubs.

Unlock The "Ski Like A Local" Client Privilege

If you find yourself living away from the ski hill or you decide not to be a member of one of the many ski clubs, there is another option. Ski lockers are available for lease in various locker rooms either at the base of the hill or nearby. “Club One Ski Lockers” has been my personal go-to for over 10 years and I am excited to now offer an exclusive, private ski locker as a client privilege (CP). My CP locker allows my current and past clients to utilize a private ski locker in Vail on a space available basis. Reservations fill quickly, so call me about this amazing privilege today!

Unlock The Best Values

When living in a resort town, relying solely on internet searches to find the best neighborhood that works for your needs can be challenging. Do you need a full-time home, a vacation home, a rental property or an investment project? It takes research, knowledge, experience and intuitively discerning “good deals” depending on the needs of the buyer. That’s where I come in.

We feel so fortunate to have been referred to Andie as our broker. She knew what we were looking for and found us a home which was not yet in the MLS. This was only achieved due to her long-standing business relationships in the Vail Valley - Bob H.

Brookside Park Signature Lofts premiere three-bedroom, 2,512 square foot penthouse went under contract at an asking price of $2.2M before ever hitting the market. This was the crown jewel in a boutique 16-unit complex located on the Eagle River at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain. My tenure in the Vail Valley and proven relationships with the community made the difference in getting this beauty shown to the right people resulting in a quick, off-market sale.

Andie is so well connected in the Valley. She told her network about our property and it was sold before it made it to the MLS. Talk about making selling a home easy, Andie made it simple for us! - Dan H.

Living and builing personal and business relationships in the Vail Valley for over 35 years has allowed me to be a vital resource for my clients.

An Invaluable Resource

“Andie has been an invaluable resource to us as we searched and found our dream home in Colorado. She tirelessly worked for us throughout the process coordinating so many of the details beyond the scope of what you would normally expect from a realtor. After the sale, she helped us get connected with contractors and decorators, recommended restaurants and events we should attend and helped us get plugged into the community. We have become friends in the process. I would highly recommend using her for your next home.”

Made a Complicated Process Simple

“Andie was a professional and knowledgeable advisor throughout our home search. We were looking for a vacation home to share with our adult children and there were a lot of personalities involved in the search process. Andie navigated all of our wish lists and she and her team made sure we each had all the information we needed to make an informed decision and feel comfortable with our final choice. Andie also advocated for us throughout the inspection and contract process, which was so important since we were negotiating mostly from a distance due to the pandemic. We had all paperwork, contracts and inspection notes in good time and with every question answered and fully explained. Finally, Andie is also a very kind and compassionate person who went far above and beyond any professional obligations in helping our son when he became extremely ill during one of their day-long appointments viewing multiple properties. She made a complicated process as simple as possible and took away the stress of buying long-distance. We are grateful to have been connected to Andie through a colleague in her Denver office and would definitely use and recommend her services in any other home search in the Vail Valley.”
