It hasn’t been a banner snow year in Eagle County, but the real estate market continues to soar – and have I got news for you! Product is flying off the shelves and there’s not a slowdown in sight! I personally just put a $12.9 million listing under contract with an anticipated close date in April. My recent $1,190,000 listing went under contract in 17 days, and now my $1,085,000 listing in the same neighborhood went under contract in just 5 days! Great news for those looking to sell in Vail or Beaver Creek.
If there is one thing I have mastered in my 20 years in real estate, it’s how to spot “sleeper” listings – aka properties which are overlooked by brokers and/or buyers or are not yet available on the open market. It is my forte so to speak, and in an active market like this one, I love sharing my insights with clients like you. If you’re eager to find the perfect resort property but don’t know where to start I’m your gal.
Colorado continues to develop as both a national and global leader in residential real estate, and my brokerage continues to deliver powerful results. LIV Sotheby’s International Realty – which consists of 15 offices spanning Denver metro, Boulder, Breckenridge and the Vail Valley – is ranked the No. 1 top producing Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate in the world for sales volume. This is out of a network of residential brokerage companies with more than 21,000 sales associates, in approximately 930 offices, within 70 countries! This means I have the ability to refer the best brokers virtually from almost anywhere in the world, so please don’t hesitate to contact me for any of your local or global referral needs. You can read more about the firm’s honor in the Vail Daily here.
DEALS & STEALS
Although the market is buzzing with a flurry of activity there are still some great deals to be had. Three vacant and pristine lots in Cordillera were just listed and priced to sell! They range from $75k, $125k, to $189k, and each afford those panoramic mountain views everyone is after. To put it in perspective, the lot next door is priced at $299,900 – so you better act fast if you want to snag these one-of-a-kind dream parcels. They are a steal!
Below I have compiled the most current Eagle County market data, as well as Land Title’s most recent market report for your convenience. Enjoy all the juicy tidbits, and if you ever have a question about those sleeper listings, give me a call.
