The snow continues…and so does the active real estate market! Vail has welcomed 228 inches of snow this season, and a 67 inch base with more powder is on the way. Woohoo! Which means you’ll know where to find me when I’m not out showing homes. I highly recommend experiencing springtime in the Rockies if you haven’t already. Whether you are a mogul, powder, or tree skier, I have been known to be an excellent ski tour guide around the mountain. And you can’t sell it if you don’t LIV it! Am I right?
Of course, with 83 residential properties already under contract from February 1st-18th, there is no slowing down in sight! I have personally closed on four properties since January 1st and have four currently under contract. I pride myself on providing top customer service, as well as working proactively versus reactively. This equates to being in the flow and acting collaboratively on win/win negotiations with my clients and all parties involved in the transaction.
In all honesty, I believe this approach is a huge part of what makes me a Top 5% of Vail Board of Realtors Broker for sales transactions in 2018. I am passionate about helping people create the lifestyle they’ve always dreamed in the mountains, and being the best is a direct result of the time and care I put into my clients, as well as my commitment to staying ahead of the market. As projected, 2019 is setting up to be the same, if not better, for more happy clients closing on properties (with me representing them) in the Vail Valley.
