As we move into March and end of ski season, it is expected the market will continue at the current pace.”
The most expensive luxury sale in February in the Vail Valley was a 4,549 square-foot residence located at 151 Vail Lane #3 that sold for $12,750,000

Eagle County’s Airport Sees Growth
Seating capacity at Colorado’s Eagle County Regional Airport is growing in 2018, allowing for more visitors into the Vail Valley. Increased capacity comes from several factors, including the United Airlines Denver-to-Eagle County route using larger aircraft such as the Boeing 737, which can hold 130 passengers.
