Real estate in Eagle County continues to flourish with more than $376M in total dollar volume in July. This brings the year to date total to more than $2.1B and continues to be the best year ever in Eagle County in terms of dollar volume.
There were 8 sales over $5M and nearly 50% of all residential homes sold for more than $1M, making the July overall average sales price $1,707,048. The highest priced sale of the month was at Solaris in Vail Village, selling for $12.5M with a PPSF of $2,997.
Vail Village and Lionshead had a strong July, accounting for 10% of all sales and 27% of the total dollar volume. Avon also had a solid month with 19 sales averaging $2.1M.
Overall, Eagle County continues to see home prices increase. Single family homes have increased an average of 11% compared to 2020 and multi family homes have increased 2%. You can view the complete area breakdown on page 12 of the attached market analysis.
