Summer in the Vail Valley is flying by faster than a well-struck tee shot! Between showing property and closing over $13M during the month of August, I took a weekend to enjoy a little friendly competition on the course at Frost Creek where I left with another Club Championship (Net) to my record. That makes winning a Club Championship every decade since my 20s, a tradition I’m proud to keep alive.
On the real estate front, August has been just as rewarding: seven successful closings with both buyers and sellers who trusted the strategy of correct pricing and positioning in today’s market. Now we’re soaking up these crisp August evenings with the first hints of gold dusting the Aspen trees – a sure sign that fall is around the corner. My calendar has been as full as a holiday weekend ski lift line!
On a more serious note, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for the firefighters working so hard to keep our beautiful state safe during wildfire season. Their efforts are a crucial part that allows us to enjoy the lifestyle we cherish here in the mountains. #thankyou
