We’ve been hard at work over the last few months on the 2024 edition of my creative passion project – The Little Blue Book magazine. I’m excited to announce that the digital magazine is now out with our printed copies coming later this month. For those unfamiliar, The Little Blue Book is a curated lifestyle magazine showcasing sought-after areas across the US, with a new addition – Cabo! Our team decided to combine the winter and summer editions into one comprehensive magazine, highlighting year-round ultimate lifestyles. Whether you’re into golf, beach life, or hitting the slopes, we’ve got you covered with stunning locations nationwide. Discover intriguing facts about these places that you may not know and make sure to share the discoveries with your friends and family! Keep scrolling for more details and links.
The Little Blue Book Networking Retreat in Vail
We recently wrapped up an amazing weekend retreat in Vail Village with my magazine colleagues. We were treated to luxurious 5-star accommodations in Vail and Bachelor Gulch by Cuvée, delicious meals by Chef Jimena, creative cocktails by mixologist Jaco, and a mind-blowing magic show by local magician TJ Ricci. Our attendees were left speechless by the experience and the exceptional Cuvée team who made it unforgettable from start to finish.

The Market Update
We’ve experienced an uptick in inventory over the past month as the summer selling season gets underway. As of June 17th, we have about 366 active properties throughout the Vail Valley which brings some new inventory for buyers. Year-to-date, new listings have increased by 5.2%, new contracts are up nearly 11% and closed sales are up 26.7% compared to 2023. However, timeliness remains crucial for buyers entering the market, as the ratio of new inventory aligns with new contracts (including more buyers) and closings, so strategy is still crucial!
Keep in mind that there are still many opportunities to be found throughout our area from property monetization to remodel ventures which elevate asset worth. Savvy Buyers and Sellers recognize the value in enlisting the expertise of a seasoned real estate advocate, well versed in uncovering hidden gems or before properties grace the MLS platform (I often know of off-market properties). If you have a specific type of property in mind, don’t delay. I strongly suggest partnering with an experienced real estate agent who is actively in tune with the current local market —be it myself or your trusted advisor – as soon as possible.

The Little Blue Book is my creative passion project began out of my desire to share my love for the Vail Valley lifestyle. I wanted there to be a place where my clients could go to discover the amazing lifestyles that are available throughout the country. I gathered up my colleagues from around the country to help, and the LBB was born.
Below are my top 3 reasons you should check out the magazine!
1. Slopes, Sand, Water & Fairways
Have you ever wondered what sunrises are like from the beaches of Hawaii? Or what it’s like to ski some of the deepest powder in Colorado? From Hawaii to New York and many states in between, we have experts across the country who are living these lifestyles in every day. Our aim is to provide an array of options for those who may be interested in learning more about a particular area.
2. Insider Knowledge
The Little Blue Book lets you go beyond the Google headlines and learn from the insiders’ themselves about why you might love to spend time in their area. From local tips to the “best of” advice, our professionals explain the heartbeat of their communities – information you can only get from local knowledge.
3. Network of Experts
Whether you are satisfying your curiosity or are ready to make a move to one of our LBB locations, our network of professionals are there to work with you from start to finish. If they become your friends in the process, hey – that’s just a bonus! I hand-select each person in the magazine because of their knowledge and expertise in their lifestyle, but also because they are genuinely great people.
