Now More Than Ever, Home is Where the Heart is
We are in unprecedented times. As shutdowns and stay-at-home orders happen all around us in response to the spread of coronavirus throughout the world, we are reminded of what we have always known in our hearts: There truly is no place like home.
We at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty are, and always have been, committed to providing you with the tools and resources that you need to find your perfect home – and although the landscape has recently changed, we are still here to serve you and provide the support and guidance you need to complete your real estate transactions. We are in this together!
Virtual Open Houses
With LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s virtual open houses, potential buyers can experience a home in an entirely new way. From their computer or mobile device, buyers can immerse themselves in properties online – exploring each space through image galleries, videos, and 3D tours.
Virtual Tours
Where permitted, we provide unparalleled service by offering customized, interactive virtual showings. With our state-of-the-art technology, buyers can virtually tour a home while your Broker points out key features and unique characteristics along the way.
3D and Virtual Reality Enhancements
Using innovative 3D and Virtual Reality technology, buyers can journey through a home like never before – experiencing the design, layout, and feel of the home as if they were actually there.
Digital Marketing via ActivePipe
Our new digital marketing platform allows us to creatively share video and imagery of our properties. Every new listing is sent digitally to our community of local real estate experts, ensuring that they know about current inventory and are able to easily share it with buyers and sellers.
Earnest Money
With many essential businesses temporarily closed, we have decided to offer the option of wired earnest money, so that buyers have enough time to secure necessary financing.
Electronic Documents
Our exceptionally skilled Brokers are experts at explaining the buying and selling process, and providing secure document signing and storage options for the future.
Contactless Closings
We work with top of the line industry partners for a closing process that can be tailored for a seamless experience with mobile notary and non-contact closings.
